Donovan McNabb Will Lay Doubters to Rest in 2009

This year will be totally different for the birds with McNabb under the center.

For starters, the Eagles had a tremendous draft this year with the acquisitions of wide receiver Jeremy Maclin, running back LeSean "Shady" McCoy, and tight end Cornelius Ingram.

McNabb will make quick use of Maclin as he gets familiar with the offense and grows into the player he can be. While Ingram will provide an extra set of hands and has the ability to play in a variety of formations.

Some may be concerned with the loss of LJ Smith, but Birds fans need not worry there is an answer, Brent Celek. Celek, while not a new addition, will be extremely beneficial to the Eagles as he is one of the most underrated tight ends in the league.

Although he  didn't play a major part of the teams offense last year I believe he will step up this year and become a very reliab...
