... have a fantastic history to be honest but they each have a few things about them worth remembering (or forgetting):

No. 4 - Mike Bragg, Punter, 1968-1979

Mike Bragg is a man who got to live his dream. A local lad who played for the team he followed as a boy.

Bragg used to go with his family to watch the Redskins at Griffith Stadium (the teams home before RFK Stadium) and went to college at Richmond University where he handled punting and placekicking duties.

After leaving college, Bragg got the chance to become a Redskin when the team spent a 5th round pick on him and the fan then became a team mate of his heroes. He would win the punting job and remain on the team for 12 seasons and never miss any of the 188 games in that time.

Whilst Sammy Baugh holds many all time punting records there is no doubting Bragg's place as the best pure punter in Redskins hist...
