Following a lack luster 4-12 campaign the Tennessee Titans has one big decision to make which could shape the future of their franchise for the next 10 years. The Steve McNair era in Nashville was drawing to a close and still without a ring to show, the time has come to make a change.

Time for Young blood?

For weeks, the debate between Leinart, Cutler and Vince Young had the NFL torn. With Mario Williams already looking for real estate in Houston and Reggie Bush off to re-build New Orleans, the Titans decided that Young would be the leader they needed to finally secure that elusive Super Bowl championship.

Starting the season behind Kerry Collins, Young watched and waited for his opportunity, which came just 4 games in after dismal displays from Collins. Young developed rapidly and helped turn a 0-5 start into a promising 8-8 season, featuring some incredible play from the University of Texas star.
