Steelers Sign James Harrison: $51.75 Million

On behalf of the Pittsburgh Steelers, this is one of the best moves they have made. It is also one of the largest, behind Ben Roethlisberger’s contract of $102 million over eight years.

 

After being dropped from both the Steelers and the Ravens multiple times, James Harrison redeemed himself and became the Defensive Player of the Year in such a short time.

 

Seeing such an improvement like that, I try to look back at the past year of Harrison’s career. This Superbowl winning season has changed his career and his overall life. With two Superbowl rings, this 30-year-old linebacker has seen his fair share of upsets.
