... a disastrous ending to the 2008 season, the Cowboys have been unusually quiet in the free agency. I believe this is a good thing. The Cowboys don't need any more "stars" from other teams. They need to get the players that are on the current roster to produce and fill up the gaps with rookies and quality back ups.

I wasn't a big fan of TO, but I think this could actually backfire on the Cowboys. Jerry Jones released TO based on the fact that he believed Roy Williams (WR) will produce as the #1 receiver with Miles Austin on the other side and Patrick Crayton in the slot.

Roy Williams will have to show that he can be the #1 receiver. He was the man in Detroit, but he didn't exactly light things up last season with the Cowboys.

Miles Austin could sign with the Jets and give up a second round pick to the Cowboys. With Jerry's plan to use Austin as a starter, this could hurt the Cowboys. Do ...
