Though most Denver fans would agree they wish this mess had never happened in the first place, there is no better happy ending than the deal that Denver got for Cutler.
Everyone's a winner.
Cutler gets to go to the team that was his childhood fav.
The Bears get answer to their ongoing quarterback issues.
And Denver gets two first-round picks and one third-round pick to make them better over the next two years.
This young talent will learn from, and eventually replace, the aging veterans they recently acquired.
Denver also gets an intellegent young QB in Kyle Orton, who is a great fit for the system they will run this year.
Denver's QB Situation
Orton, as many have already written, is a solid quarterback. No one is saying he is the next John Elway, and no one would say he has Cutler's physical abilities.
