Pittsburgh Steelers May Have Found Answer to Cornerback Shortage

... at Don Carey. Don Carey is a four-year starting cornerback for Norfolk State University.

Carey is a well rounded player, has good speed, mediocre hands, and intelligence that isn't normally found on the football field, but more in a science lab. 

Pittsburgh is looking at Carey because of his shuttle time of 4.2 seconds, his vertical jump of an outstanding 32 1/2 inches, and his 6.87 three-cone drill. The Steelers have probably heard the rumor of his 10'2" broad jump.

Carey had an interview where he stated that "... people are amazed at my ability to learn and explain their playbooks...". Not only is he known for his quick learning of the playbooks, but also for his understanding of the game, and the rules for the sport itself.

The 5'11", 186-pound super-human is also being scouted to join the NFL because of his versatile defensive back roles.
