Philadelphia Eagles Reward Key Player In 2008 Playoff Birth

... not the Eagles' 44-6 thumping of the Cowboys.  The Oakland Raiders' come-from-behind, upset victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Eagles needed a win on the final Sunday of 2008, but for it to mean anything the Raiders needed a rare win as well.

The Raiders had just completed an improbable comeback from 10 points down in the 4th quarter with a 67-yard touchdown run by Michael Bush.  The score was 28-24 with the ball in former Eagle Jeff Garcia's hands.

Garcia let one go down the left sideline, and it was intercepted by Rashad Baker.  Rashad who? Rashad Baker, a local kid from Camden, N.J. had just iced the game and allowed Eagles fans to start filing into their seats at Lincoln Financial Field to watch that fateful elimination game with the Cowboys.

Everyone remembers how that turned out.  Rashad Baker helped to set it up.
