This said, they should be able to make a run at the division again, if not further. They have upgraded at quarterback, adding Sage Rosenfels to replace Gus Frerotte, and E.J. Henderson will be back after missing most of the season with a toe injury. One thing I would like to see the Vikings do is add a little more depth at the QB position.

Bringing in someone like Kyle Boller, or Byron Leftwich would be good. Let one of them, along with Tarvaris Jackson and Sage Rosenfels, battle for the starting job. I am still not totally down on Jackson. He has shown signs of being a reliable QB, as have Boller and Leftwich. 

For the draft, the Vikings need to address the RT situation, where Ryan Cook is not the answer. There are options out there. Also, a small boost at the WR spot would be nice too. Maybe pick up just released Torry Holt, or draft someone like Hakeem Nicks, who is a freak of nature out of UNC.
