A month after pleading guilty to gun charges the first time, Lynch was arrested near Los Angeles California on Feb. 11.

The police found a 9mm semiautomatic hand gun hidden in a backpack in trunk of Lynch's car. Marijuana cigarettes were found but Lynch had the drug charges dropped.

Lynch was sentenced to 80 hours of community service and three years probation.

In a meeting, Lynch's agent Doug Hendrickson was not able to comment.

"I never had the intention of getting in trouble or anything like that," Lynch previously said to the media. "But along the way my road got rocky, and now its time to to set my pavement straight."

Lynch also stated that his "screw ups will no longer be tolerated."
