According to reports coming out of Cincinnati, Leon Hall has been charged by the Ohio State Highway Patrol with driving under the influence.
According to this
article from the Cincinnati Enquirer, Hall was pulled over April 5 at 3:11 a.m. for going left to center. He was asked to submit a breathalyzer which apparently came back 0.149. The legal limit in Ohio is .08. If the report is accurate, Hall was almost twice the legal limit.
