How does this link to Julius Peppers?

Simple. The thought of him playing outside linebacker in a 3-4 defense is laughable, and really is doomed to fail.

Julius Peppers is 6' 7", and weighs 283 pounds. No outside linebacker that long in the body, and that weight, will ever be as dominating as Peppers has been throughout his career. Peppers is one of the best pass rushers in the last decade, striking fear into offensive tackles league wide.

So why would he want to move outside, where not only will he be rushing the passer, but he will also have to drop into coverage?
