Aaron Rodgers and Jay Cutler both are very young quarterbacks. Rodgers, in his first year starting, threw for 4,038 yards and 28 touchdowns. No one else last year threw for even close to that in the NFC North.
Cutler has been developing nice over the past three years. People had even said that he had become the next Elway in Denver. This quarterback has an amazing arm. He will also turn those mediocre wide receivers into better ones. Cutler will definitely help in the development of Greg Olsen at tight end, being that position was one of his favorite targets in Denver. He also will be able to take advantage of Devin Hester playing wide receiver because of his quick release and strong arm ability.
