You became successful because of your personal drive and business savvy. A great football mind, you are not, quit messing up your team. They have great potential if you would quit trying to keep up with the Jonses.
Hire a real general manager and let the football experts you hired do their jobs.
Making big splashes in free agency or trading multiple draft picks for an aging defensive end does not cut it.
Take it from me, if I was you, I would fire myself. Take a step back and take a good hard look at the way you are running the team. Would you do that to any of your many business ventures? By the way, Charlie Casserly is not doing anything these days.
