Harrell comes from a non-pro style offense which really hurts his stock in the draft. However, his numbers don't lie. Not to mention they are in the Big XII.

Harrell threw for 15,793 yards and 134 touchdowns throughout his four years with the Red Raiders. Yes, Crabtree was the most explosive receiver in college football and accounted for more than one-fourths of his stats but Harrell threw the ball every down.

Is that not what a quarterback does, throw the ball?

Harrell did not have below a 66.9 completion percent nor did his rating fall under 145.78. Consistent much?

His downfall? He can't run a pro-style offense...Yet.

We know that he can throw the ball accurately and consistently, but can he comprehend an NFL passing offense?

He can be a steal in the late rounds. Many NFL scouts underrate him calling his arm a "floppy noodle."

If Harrell is groomed for a few years behind a veteran...
