... they haven't had a good one. Going out and blowing money on big name free agents isn't always the best approach, let's see how the Redskins and Broncos turn out.

The offseason is all about resigning your key players and filling in needs. Here are the grades of the Falcons transactions so far this offseason.

 

Signed CB Tony Tiller as a free agent

Grade: D+

The rookie from East Tennessee State will provide competition at the cornerback spot. It's a long shot if he makes it on the final roster.

 

Signed OL Will Svitek as a free agent

Grade: C+

Entering his fourth year in the league, he likely will not start but will provide great depth at tackle after Todd Weiner retired. He has experience in 16 games, starting four of them for the Chiefs in 2007.
