This list was a lot harder to create, as there are many candidates for each position. Each team has their own overrated and underrated players, but only a select few can make this list.

I encourage others to go ahead and name some people whom they feel may be overrated or underrated not just to their own team, but to the NFL as a whole.

 

Defensive Tackle (Nose Tackle)

Most Overrated: Kris Jenkins (New York Jets)

Don't get me wrong, he's good, but he's not as great as he is portrayed. His arrival in New York was supposed to make the Jets defense one of the best. The Jets did improve their rush defense from 29th in 2007 to seventh in 2008, but their pass defense plummeted from ninth in 2...
