Late Friday Miami Beach police continued to deny that they have seen laboratory test results despite reports that his blood alcohol level was above Florida's legal limit at the time, all of which have been attributed to unnamed sources. Miami Beach Police Public Information officer Deborah Doty on Friday said getting those results is a process that ordinarily takes from three days to three weeks.
A video obtained by the Miami Herald newspaper shows officers administering a field sobriety test to Stallworth at the scene of the accident. But Doty insists no-one in the department could have leaked information from toxicology tests they still do not have.
