In Sunday’s loss to the Chargers, Bradshaw carried the ball 14 times to lead all Giants running backs in carries. Jacobs carried 11 times while third-string running back Danny Ware received two carries. In total, Bradshaw received 17 touches to Jacobs’ 12.

Those numbers should be a little concerning for Jacobs’ owners.

He was hampered during the game by a slight knee injury, though he continued to play through it. More frustratingly, Jacobs averaged 6.1 yards per carry compared to Bradshaw’s 2.8, and he has averaged more than five yards per carry during the Giants’ four-game losing streak.

As a Jacobs owner, I am not sure there is anything more perple...
