With injury, comes opportunity. Injuries to Trent Edwards and Ryan Fitzpatrick have opened the door to Brohm's entry into the offense this season.

Brohm will lead a struggling Bills team (5-9) into Atlanta this Sunday. His time with the Bills has been short, so it is up for debate whether Brohm will have a firm enough grasp of the offense, at least to be a serviceable option for the final two games of the season.

Brohm, a former standout from the University of Louisville, was a projected top 10 pick, before a disappointing senior season left him to be drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the second round in 2008.

After struggling to pick up the offense in Green Bay, Brohm hit the practice squad. Receiving an offer from the Bills, he signed with the team on Nov. 18.
