Albert Haynesworth Indicted for Crash

... >Albert Haynesworth was indicted Monday on charges of reckless driving and an expired registration. This was in regards to a Dec. 13, 2008 incident where a man crashed as Haynesworth tried to pass him.

The new Redskin could face up to seven months in jail and $550 in fines for the two charges. He most certainly won't go to jail though since he is a rich and famous athlete. They get away with almost everything.

Corey Edmonson was the man injured in the crash. He needs a device like a wheelchair or walker to get around, according to his lawyer.

Haynesworth's attorney says that after the crash, Haynesworth pulled over, called police for help, and did not leave until he was allowed to.
