Here was a guy who had become the first receiver ever in the NCAA to win two Biletnikoffs, he had racked up 231 receptions, 3,127 yards and 41 touchdowns over a short span of two years. 

However, times have changed since then and the prospect of drafting Michael Crabtree seems smaller by the day. Here is a list of reasons why the Seahawks will not draft Michael Crabtree.

#3 The signing of TJ Housmanzadeh

This reason isn't as critical it is said to be by most of the media. Whether you like it or not TJ has always been a possession type No. 2 receiver.

He will no doubt help bolster the Seahawks passing game and he alone will nearly guarantee the Seahawks have a solid receiving corps with him, Nate Burleson and Deion Branch and solid tight end John Carlson.
