Below are our 2009 Fantasy Football's Defenses Rankings. Updated as of 04/01/2009.

1. Steelers – The best defense in the NFL in 2008, Pittsburgh, not only stopped teams from scoring, but they were also second in the NFL in sacks with 51 and tied for sixth with 20 interceptions. 

 
2. Giants – They had a respectable 42 sacks, and allowed only 18.4 points per game. After a strong start, they really tailed off at the end of the year. We moved them up to the second spot because we love the signings of DE Chris Canty, DT Rocky Bernard, LB Michael Boley and DE Osi Umenyiora coming back from injury. This great defense is going to get a whole lot better.
