1. QB, Matt Stafford, Georgia: Detroit Lions

The 0-16 Detroit Lions have a lot of holes to fill to be even close to contending. Where better to start than the quarterback position?

Stafford has a cannon arm and can squeeze the ball in right where it needs to be.

2. T, Jason Smith, Baylor: St. Louis Rams

The Rams have a few missing pieces to the puzzle and Marc Bulger has proved he can shine at times by putting up pro bowl numbers.

Smith is just one of the standout tackles in this years draft. Many questioned Smith's pedigree, but after his work at the NFL Combine he proved that he is among this class's elite.

3. LB, Aaron Curry, Wake Forrest: Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs put an end to their quarterback questions by acquiring Matt Cassel from New England, now they turn to the defense and on the board ...
