Bengals DB Leon Hall Enters a Not Guilty Plea

... earlier today. Hall was arrested after driving with a blood alcohol content of .149 when the legal limit is .08 on Sunday.

It's curious that he would enter a not guilty plea after failing breathalyzer and field sobriety tests. Typically not guilty pleas in DUI cases stem from an error in paperwork on the arresting officer's part.

I can't say if that's the case this time around but after looking at Hall's file online the only error I could find in the paperwork was that he was listed as blond. Then again I am not a lawyer or a good judge of fashionable hair colors.

This plea could also have something to do with his wife going into labor but I don't see how that argument would sway any judge. The fact is that the Bengals have a service for players to get immediate rides should they need it and someone with the networking and monetary resources of an NFL player shouldn't have a problem finding a ride.
