Either way, the spotlight will shine on the Lions. I'm less concerned with the fact that the Lions have nowhere else to go but up and more concerned with what the mental state of the team that loses to the Lions next.
How do you give your team a pep talk when you have just lost to one of the worst, if not the worst, franchises in NFL history? But if you ask me, there is nothing for non-division teams to worry about, because I do believe that the Detroit Lions will once again flirt with perfection, only to defeat one of their division rivals.
However, I do want know what all of you out there think, so please leave your feedback.
